TeleBank puts you in touch with Community State Bank, giving you access to the information you need most often. Telebank is highly secure, with transaction being processed immediately.
With TeleBank you can:

  • Account inquires (current balance, last deposit, last payment, interest)
  • Check inquiry by number
  • Funds transfer between checking and savings accounts
  • Loan payments from checking or savings
  • Deposit rates
  • Hours and locations

You will need to have your account number and your personal identification number (PIN) available. The first time you call, your PIN will be the last 4 digits of your social security or tax ID number. You will then be instructed to change your PIN to a new four-digit number that only you know.

  • Call:

  • Set up your PIN:

    your account number and the last four digits of your social security number are required to set up your pin. Your PIN can be any combination of four numbers that only you know.

  • Choose:

    from a series of menu selections given to you over the phone; simply press the corresponding numbers to access your information.

  • Press 0

    to speak with an operator during business hours.
