Fixed Rate Mortgage Loans

Would you like the assurance that your interest rate will never change for the life of the loan? Community State Bank offers terms of up to 30 years. With this loan the interest rate never changes throughout the life of the loan.

• Can finance up to 95% of purchase amount

Conventional fixed rate loans with less than 20% down payment require private mortgage insurance.

Balloon Loans

Community State Bank offers 3 year and 5 year Balloon Mortgages. The repayment period may be up to 30 years, but the loan will mature in 3 or 5 years. At that time the loan may be renewed at the current interest rates.

Construction Loans

Community State Bank offers a One Year Construction Loan with features that you won't find from others, like unlimited draws, local application, quick response time and low closing costs. Once your construction is complete, we encourage you to apply for permanent financing with us.

Home Improvement Loans

Community State Bank offers two separate types of Home Improvement Loans. One of these is sure to suit your needs.

Title I Home Improvement Loan
This loan is designed for amounts less than $25,000.00. These are simple interest, fixed Rate loans. (No balloons or variable rates allowed). The Title I improvement loan must be repaid between six (6) months and fifteen (15) years. Upon completion of your home improvements, we require certification from you that the funds borrowed have been spent as applied for. An on-site inspection on all Title I loans in excess of $7,500.00 or more is required.

Michigan State Housing Development Authority Home Improvement Loan Program
