COMMUNITY STATE BANK ANNOUNCES NEW PRESIDENT &CEO

Robert M. Wolak 

 Community State Bank is pleased to announce that Robert M. Wolak has been promoted to President & CEO.  Mr. Wolak joined CSB in October 2006 as Executive Vice President and works in CSB’s main office in St. Charles.  He will assume the duties of Mr. James F. Delemeester, former President & CEO, who retired in January 2007.  Mr. Wolak has more than twenty-six years of banking experience, most recently working at Chemical Bank in Bad Axe and Harbor Beach, Michigan. 

Mr. Wolak is a graduate of Michigan State University, a member of the Finance Commission at Sacred Heart Church, Chairperson of the Inter-Parish Deposit and Loan Commission for the Diocese of Saginaw, a member and past president of the Bad Axe Rotary Club, a member and past president of the Bad Axe Chamber of Commerce, member and past president of the Harbor Beach Chamber of Commerce, member and a past director for the Home Builders Association of the Thumb and a member of the Michigan Bankers Association Business and Agricultural Committee.

In addition to his responsibilities as President & CEO, Mr. Wolak serves on Community State Bank’s Board of Directors.

CSB is headquartered in St. Charles and has three neighboring branches – Thomas Township, Chesaning and Birch Run.  CSB has been serving the community for over 60 years.
