Set up your Personal Identification Number (PIN):  Your account number and the last four digits of your social security number are required to set up your PIN.  Your PIN can be any combination of four numbers that only you know.

Choose from a series of menu selections given to you over the phone; simply press the corresponding numbers to access your information.
