Administrative functions

For security purposes you will need to determine who will have access to your business accounts and what actions they can perform. Your Business Online Banking Administrator will be able to sign up multiple employees for your company. You will need to specify the following for each employee:

• What accounts the employee has access to.
• What transactions the employee can create (transfers, loan payments).
• The maximum dollar amount per transaction the employee can create.

• We use 128 bit encryption technology to secure your data over the Internet.  Encryption is the process of transforming data into a format unreadable to anyone except those who possess the decryption key.
• We use digital certificates to ensure that when you access our online banking, you are actually communicating with Community State Bank.
• Our servers are physically secured and monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Our servers are protected by firewalls and the most current virus protection.
• A sign-on is required before access is allowed to your data.  Your Password is displayed as asterisks when you enter it.
• To prevent unauthorized access to your accounts when you step away from your computer, your online banking session automatically signs off after 15 minutes.  We recommend you log off after completing your banking session.
