POSITION: SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ADMINISTRATION
DATE OF OPENING: Immediately
Reports To: Operations Officer
Status: Exempt
Pay Type: Salary
Job Location: St. Charles Operations Center with occasional travel to branch offices as required. Occasional overnight travel to educational and/or user conferences for ongoing training and skills development will be required.
Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's level technical degree, 5 years banking background, Experience with supporting Fiserv and/or other major core banking provider(s), project management experience, experience with state and federal bank examinations, policy / procedure development, strong interpersonal skills, technical security development implementation, and monitoring, vendor management.

Familiarity with general office equipment such as a calculator, personal computer, computer printers, copier, fax machine, paper shredder; will be required. A valid driver's license is required with this position.
All employees are required to comply with the Bank's Anti Money Laundering/Bank Secrecy Act/Customer Identification Program Policy (AML/BSA/CIP Policy). Any willful or negligent non-compliance with this policy will result in disciplinary action which may include termination of employment.
Specific Job Functions:
· Maintenance and management of bank technology infrastructure including networks, telecom and data communications, end user support
· Technical vendor liaison
· Network security administration
· Project management
· Patch management
· Coordination with departments on technical needs and subsequent implementation thereof
· Coordination with 3rd parties associated with technical infrastructure
· Desktop and network application support
· Core banking application support as required
· Daily user assistance
· Hardware staging and installation
· Disaster recovery planning , testing, and documentation
· Department specific policy / procedure development and maintenance
· Maintenance / development of logical security
· Monitor systems for maximum uptime
· Working with third parties to assure customer information integrity and safety
· Continued industry education
· Assist with development and maintenance of the bank's technology strategic plan
· All other duties as assigned by management
Familiarity with the following technologies and platforms
· Technical: VM, MS Active Directory, Various levels of Microsoft operating systems, Networking, Cisco communication products, various communication line configurations
· Banking regulations and guidance: GLBA, FFIEC IT handbooks,
· Products: BondPro, Compliance One, SQL, Terminal services, MS Office suite, Arta, Fedline / FedWeb
Physical Requirements : Ability to lift, move and inspect computer terminals, servers, routers, switches, printers and related equipment; ability to enter and access information from a computer; capable of sitting for prolonged periods of time at a computer screen; ability to access all areas of the department with data processing or communications equipment; ability to operate general office equipment such as computers, copiers, fax, etc.; works in office conditions but may be required to visit other department locations with technical and related communication equipment.

POSITION: PART TIME CUSTODIAN
DATE OF OPENING: January 25, 2012
TRAINING PERIOD: ASAP
DEPARTMENT: OPERATIONS CENTER, ST CHARLES
SCHEDULE: Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm
Saturday 4 hours starting time to be determined
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Perform cleaning / janitorial duties after hours of operation.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, dust and vacuum office space.
- Empty trash and garbage containers.
- Clean break areas and restrooms.
- Notify management concerning need for major repairs to lighting, heating, ventilating equipment, etc.
- Be willing to work extra hours for special projects
SKILLS/QUALITIES REQUIRED:
- Ability to perform above tasks according to set schedule.
- Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb and reach.
- Must be flexible to fill in for other custodial position when needed.
